Double-column disconnector with rated voltage 35 kV RDZ-35

Disconnectors of the RDZ-35 type are designed to turn on and off de-energized sections of an electrical circuit under voltage up to 35 kV, as well as grounding of disconnected sections using grounding conductors that are integral with the disconnectors. Disconnectors are available in single-pole, double-pole and three-pole versions. The pole to which the drive is connected is the leading pole. The drives are designed to operate disconnectors. The rotation of the drive shafts of the main circuit and the grounding circuit is carried out manually, using PR-2B; PRG drives, or PD-14 motor drive.
Disconnectors are manufactured in the UHL climatic version, placement category 1 according to GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543-89, with:
- altitude above sea level no more than 1000 m;
- upper operating value of ambient air temperature plus 40 ˚С;
- lower operating value of ambient air temperature minus 60 ˚С;
- wind speed is no more than 40 m/s in the absence of ice and no more than 15 m/s in conditions of ice no more than 10 mm thick;
- average annual relative humidity 80% at a temperature of plus 15 °C;
- maximum wind pressure of 700 Pa (corresponding to a wind speed of 34 m/s) in the absence of ice;
- maximum wind pressure of 140 Pa (corresponding to a wind speed of 15 m/s) when an ice crust up to 10 mm thick forms on the surfaces.
- maximum total mechanical load on the terminals of one pole (from the connected wires, taking into account wind loads and ice formation) - 500 N, provided that it is evenly distributed across the terminals.
The electrical insulation strength meets the requirements for disconnectors of 35 kV voltage class according to GOST 1516.3-96. The creepage distance of the external insulation of serial disconnectors with porcelain insulators is:
- with insulation for pollution degree I – at least 70 cm;
- with insulation for pollution degree II – at least 105 cm.
According to factory orders, it is possible to manufacture RDZ-35 on polymer insulators of type OSK8 with a long creepage distance of at least 105 cm. The mechanical life of the disconnectors is 2000 on-off cycles.
Disconnectors are not intended for use under severe vibration or shock.
